Built in 2006 by Daniels Corporation, the tower at 4090 Living Arts Drive and 330 Princess Royal Drive is just one half of this impressive complex in Mississauga’s downtown core.
Spanning 30 storeys and containing 367 units, The Capital Condos is not too big and not too small. And thanks to the amenities found throughout the building, residents can entertain friends and family without having to make a mess in their own units. For example, the building is equipped with a concierge, a party room, visitor parking, and even guest suites for those who want to stay the night. What’s more, there’s also a gym, indoor pool, sauna, and barbecues at 4090 Living Arts Drive.
The Suites
All sorts of condo seekers can find something suitable at the Capital Condos, as the building contains one, two, and three bedroom units, as well as some with dens. Homes start at around 550 square feet and feature 9- or 10-foot ceilings, depending on the unit.

For one, the Capital Condos sits right across the street from the Art Gallery of Mississauga, and kitty-corner from the Living Arts Centre. Also within a one-block radius is the Mississauga YMCA, a skate park, two parks, and a library.
Those willing to venture out a little further will find the Square One Shopping Centre about 300 metres away, plus a Cineplex Cinemas and Playdium Amusement Centre are both a short walk away.
Transportation
Whether residents prefer to drive or ride public transit, it’s easy to get around Mississauga with an address like 4090 Living Arts Drive. The latter group can catch buses from the City Centre Transit Terminal, which takes about 15 minutes to reach by foot or 10 by bus; local buses also stop just outside the building, on both Confederation Parkway and Living Arts Drive. As for drivers, the 403 can be accessed via Mavis Road or Hurontario Street, and once there it’s just a short ride away to the 401 or the 407.
