    New building with nice units, but poor management. Constantly changing parking rules, unreliable elevators, intermittent hot water, and AC issues. Poor service and parcel delivery make this place frustrating to live in.

    Great location and appealing design, but management practices could improve. Short notice on water shutoffs and recurring hot water issues disrupt my daily life and raise serious concerns.

    Modern building, poor building management (especially parcel delivery is frustrating), so many water shut-offs, the pool is still not open, although the opening was promised for summer 2024.
