The black and white layers that make up the high rise at 56 Annie Craig Drive are slightly off-set, calling to mind the early stages of a game of Jenga. The playful design of the Lago at the Waterfront Condos was created by Graziani + Corazza Architects, with the building constructed in 2017 by Mattamy Homes.

The 50-storey tower contains more than just 448 Toronto condos — it’s also home to a generous lineup of amenities, collectively known as the Lago Club. These common spaces are shared with those who live in Riva del Lago, however there’s more than enough to go around: residents have access to a gym, sauna, indoor pool, hot tub, games room, party room, theatre, guest suites, and pet washing station.

With suites ranging from around 375 to 1,650 square feet, 56 Annie Craig Drive may not be suited to residents with huge families. Those who need to make their way toward the downtown core in a hurry can start at the Mimico GO Station, from which Union can be reached in just 15 minutes.
